Madison Peticca joined Weiss Burkardt Kramer as an Associate in 2026 and brings a dedication to public service with her to this important role. Madison’s career has lived at the intersection of law, public policy, and community impact. Before joining WBK, Madison served as Staff Attorney in the Office of Chief Legal Counsel for the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, where she assisted with emergency matters involving governmental actors and issues, and gained tremendous experience clerking for several Commonwealth Court Judges—the Honorable Michael H. Wojcik, the Honorable Robert E. Simpson, and the Honorable Lori A. Dumas. Madison’s former litigation positions—as a Children in Need of Assistance Attorney at Maryland Legal Aid, representing children within the child welfare system, and as an immigration defense attorney in the D.C. area, representing children and families seeking asylum—uniquely inform her public advocacy.
Madison received her Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and is a member in good standing of the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania Bars.
