Lee Dellecker joined Weiss Burkardt Kramer LLC as an Associate in September of 2021. His areas of practice include general solicitor work and property assessment litigation.
Lee previously worked at the Allegheny County Law Department as an Assistant County Solicitor. During that time, he provided Allegheny County with cross-departmental legal support, defended it and its employees in multiple state and federal civil lawsuits, performed contract work related to loan and grants, and oversaw all of the County’s property assessment and exemption legal matters.
Lee is presently a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of PA, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western District of PA, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2012, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State University in 2009.
