Kelly Perkovich rejoined Weiss Burkardt Kramer LLC as an Associate in 2023. Her areas of practice include special education, student services and general solicitor work.
Before joining WBK, Kelly’s experience included work in the public and private sectors. Kelly worked for the New York City Law Department where she regularly assisted municipal clients in preparing for trial, including exhibit and witness preparation and representation, motion practice as well as settlement negotiations. Kelly was also employed by a local firm specializing in corporate and business law where she prepared, reviewed and negotiated company contracts and conducted due diligence for the purchase and sale of companies. Before receiving her Juris Doctorate Kelly worked for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget where she oversaw the transportation and Taxi and Limousine’s budgets.
Kelly is admitted to practice in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of New York. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Association of Municipal and School Solicitors. She received her Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law where she graduated cum laude, a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh where she graduated magna cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University at University Park where she studied Political Science.
