Elizabeth P. Sattler joined the firm as an Associate in 2023. Elizabeth serves as Chair of the Tax and Revenue Department where she manages and oversees the firm’s real estate tax collection and tax assessment departments.
In addition to representing clients in tax assessment matters, Elizabeth currently serves as solicitor for school districts in Western Pennsylvania. As solicitor, Elizabeth advises clients on day-to-day school law matters. She also guides schools on charter and cyber charter school matters, as well as provides ongoing policy review, revision, and development.
Prior to joining WBK, Elizabeth worked at a regional Pittsburgh law firm in its Municipal and School Section, concentrating on tax collection, assessment, and solicitor representation.
Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2006. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and she is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
